New year happiness

Last post of the year - another year over, out with the old and in with the new and all that. 

I've been wondering for months about this street sign that can be seen on the Jumeriah Beach Road. Everytime I pass it, I ask myself "Begin what?". But looking at it today as I was sorting out some of my photos, I thought this might a good image to end the new year - a message to embrace new beginnings in the new year.

I won't post any new year resolutions or wish list for 2012, instead, I just want to say thank you to everyone that's been hanging out with me on my blog and to everyone that leaves comments or sends messages. I apologise for not getting a chance to reply to everyone, something I want to change in the new year.

Whatever you are doing tonight, do it in style, have lots of fun and see you on the otherside. I'm staying in to enjoy a quiet night and might watch a film.
