A selection made by Rebecca Crookshank and Hind Mezaina of works by and about David Lynch will be presented bringing together fragments of his cinematic and artistic universe, ranging from scenes in his films and commercials to music videos, artworks, and interviews.
Through this rich collection of material, we explore how Lynch has influenced generations of artists and filmmakers, and how his themes of mystery, identity, and the surreal continue to resonate.
The screening will be followed by a conversation between Rebecca Crookshank and myself.
Audiences are invited to engage in collective viewing, stay for the discussion, and enjoy food and refreshments available throughout the evening.
