I thought this was such a beautiful idea and wish more businesses would reward construction workers with such random gifts, something to make them feel a bit more connected to the structure they are building.
Imagine putting on a small show on stage for workers building a theatre, running a small art workshop for a team building a museum, free shopping vouchers for construction workers building shopping malls? Yes, I know it's a bit utopian, but I guess I will just keep hoping something like this can happen.
